PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FAQ

Questions owners often ask

Clear answers about local oversight, rentals, maintenance and future planning.

Can Norzar manage the property while I live abroad?

Yes. We act as a local point of contact for inspections, maintenance, suppliers, guests or tenants and practical property matters.

Can you manage short, mid and long-term rentals?

Yes. The management model can be adapted to the owner’s objectives and the property, including short-term, mid-term and long-term use.

Can you create a plan for the property’s present and future?

Yes. We can review the current setup, prepare indicative income scenarios where relevant, identify priorities and propose a practical improvement roadmap.

What happens if a guest or tenant damages the property?

We document the issue, take reasonable protective action quickly, coordinate the solution and keep the owner informed. Platform, deposit or insurance procedures are followed where applicable.

Do you coordinate repairs and improvements?

Yes. We can assess the issue, obtain quotations, present priorities and budgets, coordinate suitable professionals and follow the work through completion.

Do you carry out works without owner approval?

Chargeable works are normally approved by the owner first. In an urgent situation where delay could cause further damage, reasonable protective action can be taken within any limits agreed with the owner, with prompt communication.

How often is the property checked?

The frequency depends on the management plan, property use and current needs. Inspection and follow-up routines can be agreed with the owner.
