This page explains the browser storage and optional analytics used by the Norzar website, and how you can control your choices.
Norzar uses limited browser storage that is necessary for core website functions and user choices. This includes remembering your selected language, your cookie/privacy preference and, where applicable, the municipality selected in the AL map.
Necessary storage does not require the optional analytics setting and remains available so the website can respect your choice.
Optional analytics is activated only after you give consent to the Analytics category. With consent, Norzar records aggregate website events on its own server, such as page views, assessment and WhatsApp clicks, service/review/property-card clicks, form submissions or validation errors, and Core Web Vitals. The analytics event store does not record your name, email, telephone number, form message, IP address or browser user-agent string.
If Google Analytics 4 is additionally configured, it is also loaded only after Analytics consent. Google may then process technical information under its own privacy terms. Norzar does not enable advertising storage through this consent setup.
Contact and assessment forms work without optional analytics. The information you choose to submit is sent to Norzar through the website server so we can respond to your enquiry. Declining analytics does not prevent you from contacting us.
The website links to third-party services such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Instagram and WhatsApp. If you open one of those services, that provider may use its own cookies or tracking technologies under its own privacy and cookie terms.
You can accept or reject optional analytics on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by using the Cookie settings control available next to the Cookie Policy link in the website footer.
You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Clearing site data may reset your language and privacy preferences.
